Proctology Course Advanced
From Tuesday, 6 April 2027 to Thursday, 8 April 2027
The Advanced Proctology Module provides focused training in the diagnosis and surgical management of common and complex proctological conditions and is designed for experienced surgical residents, fellows, and surgeons with an interest in colorectal and proctological surgery.
The program covers contemporary management of hemorrhoidal disease, anal fistulas and abscesses, anal fissures, pilonidal disease and other challenging benign anorectal conditions. Particular emphasis is placed on appropriate patient selection, diagnostic work-up, choice of surgical technique, preservation of continence, and management of recurrent and complex disease.
Expert lectures and interactive case discussions are combined with dedicated hands-on training in established and advanced proctological techniques, allowing participants to translate current evidence and expert knowledge directly into clinical practice.

Registration for the course is only possible online. The course fee needs to be paid immediately after completing the registration. Supported payment options are Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard) and TWINT (for swiss residents only).
If you do not pay the fee, your registration will be hold as a reservation for 3 days. You may finalize the payment at any time. After 3 days, your registration will be cancelled and you need to restart the registration.

Cancellation
Withdrawal from an event must be made in writing and is free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the event. Cancellation after eight weeks prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of CHF 200. In the event of a later cancellation (up to four weeks) or a non-appearance, the full participation fees shall be due. A substitute participant can be proposed.
